One-to-one counselling offers space to explore what's happening in your life and what you'd like to work on.
I work collaboratively with adults navigating trauma, relationships, anxiety, depression, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), addiction and recovery, domestic violence and abuse, emotional regulation, grief and loss, boundaries, and major life changes.

Couples Counselling
Couples counselling offers space to better understand what's happening in your relationship, explore patterns that may be getting in the way, and work toward the kind of relationship you want to build together.
I offer couples counselling in some circumstances, following an initial consultation with both partners to make sure I'm the right fit for what you'd like to work on.
Both partners must also be receiving individual counselling, either with their own counsellors or with me, alongside our work together. We'll discuss what that involves, including privacy and confidentiality, during the consultation.

Each series explores a particular theme, with opportunities to learn new tools, share experiences and explore how what you're learning connects to your own life.
Groups are offered periodically, with topics and upcoming dates shared here as they become available.

AREAS OF FOCUS
More understanding. Less judgement.
Addiction
& Recovery
Addiction and recovery are rarely as simple as making a decision to stop. There can be trauma, difficult emotions, relationship patterns and experiences underneath that deserve understanding rather than judgement.
I offer space to explore what's happening in your life, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and work toward changes that feel meaningful and sustainable for you.
Some experiences come with more judgement than understanding. I believe everyone deserves to be met with curiosity, compassion and respect, without being defined by a diagnosis or the challenges they're facing.
Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)
Living with BPD can mean navigating intense emotions, complicated relationships, fears of abandonment and a changing sense of self. It can also mean feeling misunderstood or judged, even when you're reaching out for support.
I approach BPD with curiosity and respect, drawing from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy and relational approaches to help you better understand your experiences and find ways of moving forward that work for you.
